grundbuch and I asked for the Sneak Preview and arrived five minutes after the opening sequence. Still, it was an invitation to the movies, and a good time en route as well as at his place afterwards.
...yup, I returned home yesterday evening. London photos will follow, although I must first upload them all and quizkangeiko, ciderpress, queenspanky, athena25, wingsmith, solvent90, and hesychasm about the ones that feature them (beautifully, I think, but people's taste in pictures of themselves...may vary. So to speak). Might also make some London icons.
Also got a new mobile phone. ( Oh? )
As for fandom, I'm pretty glad that I didn't do more than briefly skim the flist for 8 days -- that I instead met friends, poked at the job market, and worked on my CV as well as my tan (not at the same time).
