If you take a plane to London from Germany? Be prepared that the bus ride from Stansted Airport into the city takes longer than the flight itself.

Anyway, if you can read these lines, I´ve made it to [info]kangeiko´s house safe and sound. Sound-ish, anyway. & ;-) We've already eaten take-out Japanese, had plenty of tea in her pretty place, and are just about to head into central London -- she for her dissertation, me for, well, LONDON. Which feels like home, still. Again.

But the rides up to the point where we met were long. And ouch. Here, have a drabble (House, after 2x17, rated G):

Cameron knows they find it funny. )

So the MRI found no spinal abnormalities. Hrm. Where's a differential diagnosis when you need one?

House. 250-word ficlet. Post-2x16 "Safe". Rated PG-13. House/Wilson.

As kisses go, this one is -- extremely surprising. )

1. Composed (if not written) in a hospital waiting room before I ever read a House/Wilson fic. Let's see if that's a bad thing.

2. Happy now, [info]kangeiko?

3. And, [info]cathexys? This is a good example of a post-ep piece written in lieu of an analysis of the characters as I see them. & ;-)

I could add to the growing pile of cents left in other people's LJs regarding that latest SGA Flashfic discussion -- ask, and ye shall receive.

...

Or I could just tell you how I've discovered my deep and abiding love for abrasive doctors who secretly care for curing patients. Fictional doctors, of course; the very same traits in my real-life doctors are likely to make me cry like a baby.

Cox from Scrubs you already know about; I'm looking forward to flying to England and squeeing with [info]kangeiko.

House is new. Brief House Appreciation Post )

Sort of a tag to House, M.D. 1x17, Role Model (PG, spoilers for the ep, obviously):

Never-more )
